CASA LUNa

private residence 2019

Casa Luna is a small family house located on a city plot, an 8m facade is the only side of the property that can be seen. The whole project is split into two volumes by a courtyard that is the organizing element of the whole project, it brings fresh air, natural light and creates a multi-purpose extension of the existing spaces for the family to expand their activities onto the courtyard. It also creates enough distance between the two volumes to expand the views of the rooms and create a pleasing sensation of amplitude.
